Customized Playtime and Day Care Activities for Dogs

At Dog's Life on Damen, we work with your pets to make sure they are in a play group they will love. We want your pets to have a safe and enjoyable experience, so we learn what makes them happy.  We do not charge extra for cuddling or enrichment, extra feeding or meds (within reason) - these services are always available on the house!

As of October 1st, 2023 our prices are:

• Single day of day care - $35.00
• 10-pack of day care - $280.00
• 20-pack of day care - $540.00

All packages are good for a year and can be used anytime as long as we have availability. Additional discounts are available for larger packages and multiple dogs.

Dog Day Care Requirements

To enroll your dogs in our local dog daycare in Chicago, IL, they must complete a board visit, which includes a temperament test and a tour of our facility. We offer these visits by appointment at 10:00 am or 4:00 pm daily, including Saturdays and Sundays - they take about half an hour.  We start all new dogs slowly in groups, further evaluating while they stay with us and let them tell us what they are ready for as far as group play.

All dogs must be appropriately vaccinated. We require vaccination against rabies, distemper and parvo, and Bordetella. We also require a clear fecal within the past 6 months. We accept titers and three-year vaccinations. If applicable, proof of city license is required. Also, your dog must be parasite-free.

We welcome and encourage your puppies to visit us! However, they must have completed two to three rounds of their initial vaccinations. Recent scientific research has shown the health benefits of delaying spay or neuter. We will accept unspayed and unneutered dogs for our day care and boarding services, depending on the circumstances.

Independence Day July 2^nd through July 6^th

Labor Day – Friday through Monday

Thanksgiving – Wednesday through Monday

Winter Holidays – December 23^rd – January 2^nd.
